Hi friends and family!

Many of you have asked me to make some sort of blog so that you could follow Steve's progress in the Army...and check up on the rest of us once in a while! So, here you go!

Steve's ending Day 4 of training and, thus far, the biggest change is his hairdo...or lack thereof. He said they run about 3 miles twice per day but, otherwise, have just been doing inprocessing (dental checkups, ID card, etc.). He said they'll start "real boot camp" on Monday, so we'll keep you posted. In the meantime, isn't he cute?!!! Enjoy!

  1. This is great! Thanks for the up-dates.
Please inform us of Steve's "graduation" date, time, and place as early as possible.
He's in the Army now!!! The Lord is providing him with a great ministry field.
    Love to each of you!!

  3. There are Top Cops, Top Guns and now a Top Chaplain. I know you will get through camp just fine. I might ask them to shave off the extra 3 miles though. Do they offer bicycling? ...Anyways, God be with you and see you back at the baracks(P.C.) soon. Ricky

  6. Bro. Steve, it sounds like you are doing fine for "an old guy." I probably couldn't run three miles in a week, much less every day. We miss you and Amanda and the girls. Amanda, I am glad to hear that you will be doing some design work for New Life. It's good to have something creative to do. God Bless. Dianne and Howard Rankin
